1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how CatalogIQOS LLC, operating the CatalogIQOS service, handles personal information when you use our websites, platform, support channels, and related services. It does not cover third-party services governed by their own policies.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created through your use of the Service, and limited technical information needed to operate and secure it.
- Account information such as name, email, organization, role, and authentication details; Workspace membership, settings, activity, and permissions; device, browser, IP address, security logs, and service diagnostics; and support or other communications you send us.
3. Music catalog metadata
Catalogs may contain titles, identifiers, contributors, contact details, rights ownership, splits, society affiliations, licensing status, and other professional information. We process this data at the direction of the Workspace owner to provide audits, enrichment, discovery, rights intelligence, exports, and related features.
4. Uploaded audio assets
We store and process uploaded audio to provide requested analysis, playback, organization, and export features. You control what you upload and should not include personal information or third-party material unless authorized.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and secure the Service; administer accounts and billing; process catalogs and audio; respond to support; prevent fraud and abuse; meet legal obligations; and understand and improve performance.
6. Analytics
Product analytics are currently disabled unless expressly enabled in our environment. If enabled, we may collect interaction and device data to understand feature use and reliability. We will update notices and offer controls where required before enabling non-essential analytics.
8. Stripe billing information
Stripe processes subscription payments for CatalogIQOS LLC. CatalogIQOS does not directly store full payment card numbers or bank account credentials. We receive limited billing records such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, payment outcome, billing contact, and transaction amounts. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms.
10. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. After account closure, we delete or de-identify data according to operational schedules, subject to backup cycles, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and may withdraw consent. You may manage much of your account information in Settings. We may verify your identity and may retain information where law permits or requires.
12. Security practices
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and promptly report suspicious activity.
13. International transfers
CatalogIQOS and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.
14. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or the Service. We will post the new version and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
