By accessing or using CatalogIQOS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the service.

CatalogIQOS is an AI-powered music catalog intelligence platform for metadata management, rights intelligence, catalog audits, audio analysis, migration workflows, export packages, monetization reporting, and workspace collaboration.

CatalogIQOS is not a music distributor, publisher, collection society, PRO, legal service, accounting service, or financial advisor.

Users are responsible for account credentials, the accuracy of registration information, all activity under their account, and notifying CatalogIQOS of any unauthorized use.

Users retain ownership of their audio files, metadata, catalog data, rights information, documentation, compositions, recordings, copyrights, and intellectual property.

CatalogIQOS does not claim ownership of user music or catalog assets.

Users grant CatalogIQOS a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, store, analyze, and display uploaded content only as needed to provide the service.

Users are responsible for metadata accuracy, ownership information, writer splits, publisher information, PRO data, copyright registrations, and royalty claims.

CatalogIQOS does not guarantee the legal validity or completeness of user-supplied information.

CatalogIQOS may provide metadata suggestions, classification recommendations, rights intelligence insights, audit findings, readiness scores, and monetization recommendations.

AI outputs are informational only and are not legal, accounting, publishing, licensing, or financial advice.

Paid plans may be required for certain features. Fees are billed in advance, plans may renew automatically, and users may cancel at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous billing periods. CatalogIQOS may update pricing with reasonable notice.

Users may not upload unlawful content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer proprietary components, circumvent security controls, or use the service for fraudulent activity.

If API access is available, API keys must remain confidential. Rate limits may apply, excessive or abusive usage may be restricted, and access may be suspended for security reasons.

Service availability is not guaranteed and may be affected by maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service issues.

CatalogIQOS may integrate with third-party services. CatalogIQOS is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, policies, data accuracy, or interruptions.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." CatalogIQOS disclaims warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy of recommendations, and uninterrupted service.

CatalogIQOS is not liable for lost profits, lost royalties, lost licensing opportunities, data loss, business interruption, or indirect or consequential damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability should not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

CatalogIQOS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, security risks, fraud, or abuse. Users may terminate accounts at any time.

CatalogIQOS may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
